Returns, exchanges and complaints
According to the Right of Cancellation Act, the consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days*. Send an email to email@example.com to report your return (also applies to orders with "Pick up in store").
If you need a return label, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org - then we send this. You will be charged NOK 149 in return postage* if you want a return label, or you can deliver the return "free of charge" in our store in Holmenkollen. ATTENTION! Remember to remove the label that the package came with or stick a return label on top of it.
* If we have delivered the wrong item, colour/size or otherwise, we of course offer a free return and you will not be charged for return postage. If you choose not to pick up the item, a return fee will also apply.
If the item has a discrepancy on receipt, contact us before sending it back and send us an email with photos.
ATTENTION! do you wish to change size, you must place a new order for the item you want to change to and return the original order. This is to avoid us being sold out in the meantime and misunderstandings when returning. Remember that the return rules are the same for exchanges, and that the item must be unused.
Alternatively, you can change to a different size in our physical store in Holmenkollen. This can then be done at checkout without having to fill in a return form.
The item you are returning must be unused and in original packaging without damage. If the item is defective on receipt, contact us before sending it back. In the event of damage or other discrepancies, it may be deducted from the amount that is refunded.
Return of goods that have not been collected
If you wish to use the right of cancellation without collecting the item, a return fee will also be charged in connection with the package being returned to us. It takes longer for us to process the return if you choose not to collect the package at the collection point, as the shipment does not come directly to us. If you do not pick up an order where you have selected "Pick up in store", you must also report a return by send an email to email@example.com
If an item is faulty or missing, it must be sent back to Bull Superski AS. We must have the item with us to assess whether there is a complaint. Reply to order confirmation or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of errors or defects, remember to state the order number.
